How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each of our bandans are handmade our processing time is 7-14 business days 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, because our bandanas are made to order we do not accept returns at this time

What if my bandana came damaged? 

Uh-oh! If you happen to receive a damaged bandana please send us an email at floofnboof@gmail.com and we will be happy to send you a replacement. We just ask that you send us picture proof of the damage 

What size should I order for my floof?

You can view our size guide here. We highly recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure your pets necks circumference before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If you are between sizes always size up, you can tie the bandana and then snap it for a custom fit 

Do you make custom sizes?

If you are looking for a size that we do not currently offer please feel free to reach out to us either by email or on Instagram and we will be happy to collab with you on creating a custom size

How do I wash my bandanas?

We want your floofs to enjoy themselves while wearing their bandanas, which might mean stains! If that is the case we recommend hand washing the garments with soap and cool water and laying them flat to dry. Cool iron as needed

Are your bandanas made in the US?

YES! We are a small business operating out of Seattle, Washington 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering international shipping. We hope to open up our shipping to Canada soon
